What we do
Our Programs
Five community-rooted areas of work — every program serving vulnerable and underserved populations with education, dignity, and wrap-around support.
Program 01
Sexual Health & Wellness Education
Community-rooted public health education on HIV, viral hepatitis, and sexually transmitted infection awareness — grounded in dignity, evidence, and cultural competence.
We deliver accessible educational programs to community members, partner organizations, and public health networks across Tampa Bay. Our work emphasizes literacy, prevention, and stigma reduction.
Program 02
Preventive Health & Harm Reduction
Biomedical prevention education (PrEP, PEP, DoxyPEP) and naloxone community overdose-prevention training — meeting community members where they are with practical, life-saving knowledge.
We provide education and access navigation, not direct medical services. Our work supports community-based partners delivering compassionate harm reduction to people who use drugs and to individuals at risk.
Program 03
Behavioral Health & Counseling
Mental wellness education and counseling support for individuals navigating chronic conditions, stigma, isolation, and other social determinants of well-being.
Our behavioral health work centers dignity and confidentiality, supporting community members through one-to-one counseling, group education, and referrals to partner specialists.
Program 04
Community Health Access & Referrals
Navigation support connecting community members to local screening, care, and social services partners across the Tampa Bay region.
We help community members understand their options and connect to partner organizations — community testing locations, behavioral health providers, social-services agencies, and wrap-around support networks.
Program 05
Youth Peer Education & Outreach
Youth-led peer education advancing health literacy, equity, and stigma reduction through community ambassadors, storytelling, and culturally responsive engagement.
Our youth peer educators bring health information into spaces where it's needed most — schools, community centers, social-media networks, and events. Peer-led, community-rooted, dignity-first.
