Program 03
Behavioral Health & Counseling
Mental wellness education and counseling support for individuals navigating chronic conditions, stigma, isolation, and other social determinants of well-being.
Why this work
Mental wellness is part of every community member's well-being.
Stigma, isolation, and limited access keep too many community members from the support they deserve. Our behavioral health work centers dignity, confidentiality, and cultural responsiveness — recognizing that mental wellness is inseparable from physical wellness and social belonging.
We support community members impacted by chronic health conditions, those navigating systemic barriers, and individuals who have not historically been served well by mainstream mental-health systems.
